MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) 
The structured and supportive 
9-week course, as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMASS Medical School Center for Mindfulness.  Step by step guidance that teaches mindfulness meditation as a way to take better care of yourself, build resilience and live a healthier, more adaptive life.  Instead of reacting to stress in habitual ways, you can learn to respond with new and constructive strategies.  Consider joining us as we practice together in a supportive and nurturing environment.   

Time and Dates:   Thursdays, 4:30-7:00pm

Saturday April 13 - Day-Long Guided Retreat

Deepening Your Practice Classes  (DYP)
Single classes for MBSR graduates and those with some prior meditation experience designed to deepen your home practice of mindfulness.  Classes are based around a theme, decided each week, and include guided instruction in a variety of mindfulness practices:  sitting, walking, mindful yoga & yoga nidra, mindful self compassion (MSC), and inquiry into experience.  Come to re-start, renew and strengthen your practice!
