Dealing effectively with the challenges and crises of life is the core of resilience and well-being. Developing flexible and adaptive strategies for coping with everyday disappointments and extraordinary disasters is the heart of any transformative process. Modern neuroscience has shown that mindfulness and compassion practices are two of the most powerful agents of positive brain change and resilience known today.

The darker days of the year are a perfect opportunity to turn inward and learn how to strengthen your ability to handle stress and bring more ease into your life. .
