Practice Classes (DYP)
Single classes for MBSR graduates and those with some prior
meditation experience designed to deepen your home practice of mindfulness.
Classes are based around a theme, decided each week, and include guided instruction in a variety of mindfulness
practices: sitting, walking, mindful yoga & yoga nidra, mindful self compassion (MSC), and
inquiry into experience. Come to one or to all!
